Late summer/early fall sessions are always a favorite of mine, especially at Little Mulberry Park – the leaves are still on the trees, the greenery is full, and the light fades slower. One location within the park that I am always drawn to is the small pond right in the middle. It is a quaint little pond that you can see people fishing on, running around, or walking with their children to look at the wildlife. I can confirm that I have seen many a turtle and duck around the pond!
While the location itself is beautiful, the evening sun sets RIGHT above the trees around the pond. It diffuses the light around my clients in the most beautiful way, and for a maternity session that is EXACTLY what you want!
I had the absolute privilege of capturing some maternity photos for my sweet friend, Abigail. We have been friends since MIDDLE SCHOOL, y’all. We recently reconnected after the birth of our daughters (they’re only 1 month apart!) and I have had the honor of capturing so many milestones for them since. I have loved watching her daughter, Lucy, grow from a sweet baby to a spunky toddler, and I absolutely cannot wait to meet the newest member of their family in October!
Here are some of my favorites from Abigail and Greg’s maternity session at Little Mulberry Park in Auburn, GA!
