I had the absolute privilege of meeting Heather and Lee at an open house for Koury Farms back in July! We connected instantly (we started by bonding over the fact that we will have the same anniversary – how cool is that?!) and I have loved getting to know them over the last few months since they’ve booked! Their photos in Downtown Winder are some of my favorites!
When choosing a location, Heather decided to go a “different” route and choose a city vibe for their engagement photos since their venue is very rustic and has a lot of greenery! I love when couples do this because it gives you a ton of variety between your wedding and engagement photos! Heather’s emerald green dress was the perfect contrast Lee’s neutral outfit and made a striking “pop” against the city landscape! I’m also super impressed that she walked around all of downtown in heels (mostly because I never wear heels and could not imagine wearing them for 5 minutes let alone 2 hours!!)! I think these turned out incredible and SO glad we chose Downtown Winder as the backdrop!
We had so much fun traipsing around downtown Winder and I absolutely cannot wait to capture their wedding in October 2023 at Koury Farms!
