the PROCESS

initial meeting
After receiving your inquiry, I will send you a copy of my detailed pricing guide. Then we can schedule a consultation call to see if we're a good fit and answer any questions you have!

booking
Once you decide we are a good fit and are ready to book, I will send over a contract and invoice for you. Once the contract is signed and the 25% retainer is paid, you're officially booked, yay!!

PLANNING + CONSULTATIONS
Throughout the wedding planning process, I will help you plan out the photography portion of your day, including a customized timeline and family photo list to help stay organized!

ENGAGEMENT SESSION
gallery delivery
It's time for your engagement session! This is an integral part in me getting to know you as a couple as well as give you a glimpse of how I shoot and what your wedding day will be like!
After the lights are out, the food is eaten, and the guests have gone home, you get to relive your special day all over again! You will receive your online gallery link with all your images to share and print!

When will i receive my gallery?
For weddings, my turnaround time is 6-8 weeks and turnaround for portrait galleries is 1-2 weeks!
Can i get raw images?
Like most photographers, I do not give out RAWs as they are not a representation of my work!
Do I have to use the engagement session?
You are not required to use the engagement session, but I highly recommend it! This session is an important part in me getting to know you and vice versa so that you are comfortable on your wedding day!
DO YOUR TRAVEL?
I travel all throughout the southeastern U.S.! I do require a travel fee for anywhere outside the State of Georgia.
How do I receive my images?
I will send you a link and password to an online viewing gallery! You will be able to view and download your photos straight from the website link.
do we have to order prints through you?
Not at all. I will provide you with a print release so you can print them anywhere you'd like. HOWEVER, I do have places I highly recommend printing from to get the best quality.
(hint: it is not CVS, Walgreens, or Walmart!)
how long is the second shooter there?
The answer will really depend on your timeline and location(s) of the wedding! They are typically there 5-6 hours, but extra hours can be added at an additional cost!
Can I pick the second shooter?
I have a close group of second shooters that I have vetted their work and work with often. In the event they are unavailable, I carefully hand pick another photographer that will be the best fit for your day!
