A beautiful June day at the Wheeler House celebrating the Hinkels finally getting hitched! This venue had been on my bucket list for quite some time and it did NOT disappoint! Preston and Grace’s day could not have gone better (literally, we were AHEAD of schedule all day, what kind of witchcraft is that?!) and I was so honored to be the one to capture their special day.

The day started with some beautiful bridal details on the front porch of the Wheeler House. The front door made a perfect backdrop for Grace’s dress and the lighting was perfect for their details.

Afterward, we jumped into bridal party portraits on the brick sidewalks surrounding the Wheeler House. Preston and Grace each had groomsmaids and bridesmen, respectively. I LOVE when my couples march to the beat of their own drum. Your wedding is about you being surrounded by the people you love – and that’s just what they did!!

The ceremony was short and sweet, but full of love and laughter as they had one of their best friends marry them! Preston’s face when he first saw Grace was absolutely precious – you can tell how much he truly loves her!

After the recessional, we finished family portraits and full bridal party portraits, and then we got into the best part of the day – couple portraits!! The way they interact with each other is something you can’t fake for the camera – those reactions are genuine!

The reception was exactly what it should be – a party!! Watching Preston and Grace dance and party the night away with all of their closest friends and family was so much fun.

Their grand exit consisted of sparklers and driving away to their forever in a classic car – matching the vibe of the Wheeler House perfectly!
